Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The scope of work is to provide construction support to renovate the Level 3 Children's Building Pediatric Perioperative Unit, specifically to update one operating suite and the adjacent soiled utility room. Renovation of Pediatric OR 1 and soiled utility room including demolition of existing surgical lights and booms, structural supports for perfusion boom, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, data upgrades, millwork, doors, finishes, infection control measures, and work within an active hospital environment Instructions to bidders: Attendance at a mandatory site visit is required to submit a proposal. Proponents must register in advance to attend this site visit by submitting the names of all team members attending to the listed RFP contact by 4:00pm, May 29th, 2026.
