The City of San José, Environmental Services Department, is seeking qualified firms to provide Owner’s Advisor Services for the Pump Stations Improvements Phase 1 Project for the City’s Capital Improvement Program at the San José-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility. Qualified consultants are encouraged to respond by submitting a Statement of Qualifications and associated forms. The selected consultant will enter into a Master Consultant Agreement with the City, and following execution, services will be requested as needed through individual service orders, each with a defined scope of services and cost.
