Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Bigfork, Montana. Completed plans call for the construction of a 24,000-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Project consists of construction of a new Fire Department Headquarters Facility of approximately 24,000 sf. Work includes all Site Development and Building Construction scope identified in the Contract Documents. Submit bid security with each Bid in the stipulated form and in the amount identified in the Instructions to Bidders. This security shall be in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, bank draft or bank money order, in any case drawn and issued by a federally chartered or state chartered bank insured by the federal deposit insurance corporation, or a Bid Bond executed by a surety corporation authorized to do business in the State of Montana payable to Bigfork Rural Fire District. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of [10] ten percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of [30] thirty days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Work is subject to liquidated damages. Work must be completed by December 31, 2027. Insurance and Bonds: A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
