Site work and renovation of a civil project in Wyoming, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This work consists of the construction, furnishing and installation of improvements to the Orchard Vista and Alpine Estates lift stations. This includes but is not limited to the demolition and installation of pumps, controls, piping and valves, vault modifications, control and lighting panels, and standby generator. A certified cashier's check or bid bond for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each bid. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids; to reject the Bid of a Bidder who is not, in the opinion of the Engineer or City, in a position to perform the contract; to waive informalities, irregularities and technicalities; to reject any and all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced [unreasonable unit price(s)] and/or conditional Bids; or to advertise for new Bids at its discretion. The City also reserves the right to award the Contract in the City's best interest, and therefore, may select a Bidder other than the lowest. QA date - 6-23-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda, mailed, faxed, electronically or otherwise delivered to all parties, recorded by the City as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 5 business days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered.
