Reference Number 0000424998 The Clear Creek County School District (CCSD) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide a comprehensive, turnkey replacement of an existing fire alarm system and the installation of a new voice evacuation emergency communication system at designated District facilities. This project is intended to modernize aging fire alarm infrastructure and enhance overall life safety by implementing a fully code-compliant, intelligible voice evacuation system capable of delivering clear emergency instructions to building occupants. The new system shall meet or exceed all current applicable codes and standards, including NFPA 72 requirements for Emergency Communications Systems in educational occupancies. The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including system design, engineering, permitting, removal of existing equipment, installation of new fire alarm and voice evacuation components, system integration, testing, commissioning, training, and documentation. The system shall be based on a Notifier platform or an approved equal and must provide reliable performance, ease of maintenance, and long-term serviceability.
