Site work for a mixed-use development in Coulee Dam, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility; and water / sewer project.
Construction services to support inspection, access, and repair of turbine runners and stay vanes at the Nathaniel "Nat" Washington Power Plant under a five-year Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. Work includes all activities necessary to access and repair turbine runners, discharge rings, and stay vanes, including installation and removal of draft tube platforms, construction and removal of temporary scaffolding, inspection of turbine components, metal removal, weld preparation, welding, grinding, and application of protective coatings. Task orders issued under the contract will address turbine repair requirements as they arise to support continued power plant operations. Location: Nathaniel "Nat" Washington Power Plant, Grand Coulee Dam and Power Plant, 110 Roosevelt Way, Coulee Dam, WA 99116 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. The construction magnitude is $10,000,000.00 to $13,500,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
