Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Tyndall AFB, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Repair and replacement of the Fitness Center roof at Building 1601 at Tyndall Air Force Base. The work includes all professional services, permits, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidental items required to complete design and construction in accordance with the Statement of Work. Tasks encompass design development, construction execution, and all associated roofing repairs necessary to restore and ensure long-term performance of the facility roof. All work shall comply with applicable Unified Facilities Criteria, Air Force and Department of Defense standards, federal, state, and local codes and regulations, environmental and safety requirements, and all contract documents. The project will be executed under a single-award, firm-fixed-price contract with an estimated total period of performance of 270 calendar days, including design and construction phases.
