Once this request with the aforementioned information is received by HAZEL ENGINEERING, LLC, said bidder will be included / placed on the Official List of Bidders and the Contract Documents & Specifications and Construction Plans shall be emailed to said bidder free of charge. This is the ONLY procedure by which a bidder may obtain the Contract Documents & Specifications and Construction Plans and be included / placed on the Official List of Bidders. The Official List of Bidders will be maintained by, and available through, HAZEL ENGINEERING, LLC ONLY to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidders are met prior to the bid opening date and time.
