Concrete School District No. 11 is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the Exterior Double Door Replacement Project at District facilities located in Concrete, Washington. The project generally includes removal and replacement of twenty-five(25) exterior double door assemblies including associated frames, hardware, glazing, thresholds,weather stripping, electronic key fob access systems at fifteen (15) locations with three (3) of those locations having ADA automatic handicap-accessible door systems,integrated cameras with remote unlocking capability, low-voltage wiring, programming, and interoperability with existing Ubiquiti access control systems. Remote unlocking capability integrated with District systems oIntegrated security cameras at designated controlled -entry doors o Electrified panic hardware , electric strikes , access hubs , relays , and associated components o Low - voltage wiring and network integration Coordination with District technology personnel o Testing and commissioning of all systems Training for District staff Substantial completion is required no later than August 14 , 2026 . This project is a Wash-ington State public works project and is subject to prevailing wage require-ments under Chapter 39.12 RCW. Concrete School District No. 11 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and accept the proposal deemed in the best inter-est of the District.
