Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Concrete, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Concrete School District No. 11 is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the Exterior Double Door Replacement Project at District facilities located in Concrete, Washington. The project generally includes removal and replacement of twenty-five(25) exterior double door assemblies including associated frames, hardware, glazing, thresholds,weather stripping, electronic key fob access systems at fifteen (15) locations with three (3) of those locations having ADA automatic handicap-accessible door systems,integrated cameras with remote unlocking capability, low-voltage wiring, programming, and interoperability with existing Ubiquiti access control systems This project is a Wash-ington State public works project and is subject to prevailing wage require-ments under Chapter 39.12 RCW. Concrete School District No. 11 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and accept the proposal deemed in the best inter-est of the District.
