Renovation of a military facility in Fort Drum, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Installation of a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system with associated support services is required. Work includes furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, cabling, devices, and incidentals necessary to install, configure, test, and place the CCTV system into full operational status in accordance with the Statement of Work. Services include system integration, functional testing, documentation, and ongoing technical support as specified, performed under a firm-fixed-price construction contract. All work shall comply with applicable FAR Part 36 requirements, Department of Labor wage determinations, and project schedule requirements, with completion required within 180 days from Notice to Proceed. Past performance will be evaluated as part of technical acceptability, and award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable small business offeror.
