Updated Statement of Work. Amendment 0001: Provide updated site visit date, (07 April 2026 at 1300EDT), question due date (14 April 2026 at 1300EDT), and provide updated Attachment 001 with the addition of foundational drawings.; This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W911S226QA043 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for project ED1-22012-2J, Repair Break Room, Building 11001, Fort Drum, NY, 13602. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This combined synopsis/solicitation requests quotations for commercial products or commercial services to repair the break room in Building 11001 under Project ED1-22012-2J. The acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and is issued as a request for quotation, with this announcement constituting the only solicitation. Offers are being requested without issuance of a separate written solicitation. The requirement is set aside exclusively for small business concerns and incorporates applicable provisions and clauses by reference, with full text available electronically. A subsequent amendment will be issued to provide details regarding the site visit and the submission of requests for information. Location: Fort Drum, NY 13602 The estimated magnitude of construction is: Between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform commercial construction services to repair and renovate the break room and associated spaces in Building 11001. Work includes demolition, construction, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, interior finishes, furnishings, communications pathways, exterior improvements, site work, and general requirements as detailed herein. The Contractor shall execute the work in accordance with commercial construction practices, applicable building codes, installation requirements, and all manufacturer instructions. C2. Principal Features of Work 1. Office trailer shall be set up and operational prior to all demolition and construction. 2. Provide temporary office trailer throughout the contract. a. Trailer shall be set up and operational prior to all demolition and construction. b. Trailer shall include one standard restroom, one full-sized refrigerator, one microwave, one folding table with eight chairs , one coffee maker , steps to each entrance, and one sewage holding tank. c. Provide service to empty and maintain holding tank as needed throughout the contract. d. Trailer shall include hot water, heating and cooling, and single point connections for water and electricity. 2. Provide daily cleanup of the construction site and final cleaning of the facility prior to final inspection. 3. Coordinate waste/recyclable disposal with government construction representative. a. Contractor provided dumpsters are not required for this task order. 4. Provide as -built record drawings for all trades. a. As-built drawings do not require independent review or a stamp of any kind prior to submission. C5. Division 02 -- Existing Conditions 1. Provide labor to demolish windows, doors, door frames, entrance canopy, mechanical room canopy, and walls as shown on demolition drawing. 2. Provide labor and equipment to sawcut and remove asphalt for excavation of new foundation. C6. Division 03 -- Concrete. 1. Provide labor and equipment to saw cut floor for the demolition of trench drains in two main bays of garage. 2. Provide labor to demolish existing trench drains in two main bays and damaged concrete aprons at the right-hand door. a. Provide steel traffic plates to bridge the trench grates and aprons until concrete from infill has 30- day cure 3. Provide labor, material, and equipment to install dowel bars for the replacement of trench drains and surrounding infill. 4. Provide and install heavy duty trench drains to accept 12" wide cast-iron grates. a. Trench shall have a 10" wide flat bottom to allow removal of sediment. b. Grates sections shall be 3' long, designed for frequent removal/cleaning. 5. Provide 4500 psi concrete to encase new trench drains per manufacturers recommendations. 6. Provide labor and material to form and pour footings and frost walls per details provided to match existing footings. a. Adjoining wall to the existing structure shall be pinned/formed to the existing footing. 7. Provide labor, material, and equipment to form and pour 4000 psi floor with haunch per detail provided. a. Pad shall be reinforced per the drawings in Attachment 001_Drawings, ED1-22012-2J. b. Floor shall receive power trowelled finish. 8. Provide labor, material, and equipment to form and pour 4000 psi concrete slab with integral Sonotube bases as shown outside existing mechanical room, hydraulic room, and new entrance doors. 9. Provide labor and material to form and pour AC condenser pad.
