Site work and renovation of a recreation facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project. The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project: Project Description: Replacing electrical panel, light poles, and lights in the Hay Barn. Question Deadline 06/08/2026 at 3:00 PM MT Questions will be received at online. Moving and replacing the Gate 15 electrical panel into the nearby haybarn, replacing the lights and outlets in thehaybarn, replacing outdated light poles around the trash compactor, fuel island, and North West gate. Replacement of exterior lighting and interior shop light fixtures; replacement and upgrade of the old electrical panel; replacement of existing site light poles and fixtures LED fixture and all other work included in drawings and project manual.
