Contracting Method: The Project will be constructed under a single prime construction Contract. D. Hazardous Environmental Conditions: 1. To the best of Owner's knowledge, information, and belief, the prior use of the Site has been a Well Pump House since 1975. Existing Site components were constructed in 2015, 2017, and 2019. The City of Fort Walton, Florida is seeking a licensed Florida General Contractor to construct the replacement of existing process piping and miscellaneous building improvements at the City's existing Well #3A. The project will include the removal and replacement of existing interior water piping, valves, and appurtenances within the Well #3A building, in addition to the removal and replacement of yard piping, valves, and appurtenances outside of the building. The project also includes miscellaneous building improvements, including but not limited to, door replacements, window replacement, electrical improvements, and the installation of HVAC system. The project will include all piping, valves, appurtenances, vaults, pipe supports, concrete, building improvements, all related site civil and electrical work, and all other items as detailed within the contract documents.
