Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Oswego, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Bidders shall include the cost for a Performance Bond and Payment Bond for 100% of the value of the Contract in the Bid. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the total bid must accompany each Bid. Bid Security shall be submitted in the form of a certified check made payable to the City of Oswego, official bank check, Letter of Credit (in a form agreeable to City of Oswego) or in the form of a Bid Bond, written on AIA Document A310, 2010, complete with a certified and current copy of the power of attorney. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
