Renovation of a municipal facility in Oswego, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Our review is based on the existing roof drawing, new architectural drawings and as built condition photos provided to us by TFK Architects. New re-roofing scope of work includes removing the existing ballasted EPDM roofing upto the existing roof deck and replacing with new non ballasted 60 Mil EPDM and Poly-iso insulation roofing system with a combined dead load less than the existing ballasted roofing system Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at the Project Site at 10 George Street, Oswego, New York on Date and Time to be determined, local time.
