Renovation of a residential development in Laredo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Housing Authority of the City of Laredo, Texas (the "Laredo Housing Authority"," LHA" or "Agency") is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") to provide construction services for storage room repairs at the Colonia Guadalupe property located at 2000 San Francisco Avenue, Laredo, TX 78040. Each storage room is located on the exterior of the dwelling unit and may require different repairs depending on inspection findings and site conditions. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidental items necessary to complete the work in a professional and workmanlike manner. Unless otherwise specified, materials shall be furnished by the LHA. The property site map is attached herein as Attachment A, and the floor plans are attached herein as Attachment B..
