Submitted by Manhattan-based BRE Properties and William Gottlieb Management, the proposal calls for a five-story, 102,000-square-foot building containing 91 residential units, including live-work units, market-rate and affordable housing, along with ground-floor commercial space, shared public amenities, and a publicly accessible interior arcade intended to activate the streetscape and support the local creative economy.
