Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Springfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Replace existing water-cooled chillers, pumps, and air handling units, and connect new and existing to remain air handling units to new building utilities. Replace VAV boxes and re-zone for current floor plans. Provide new Computer Room Cooling units for Print Shop. MBE/WBE Subcontracting and Supplier Goals Apply Meeting participants will not be able to ask questions either verbally or via the meeting's chat feature. *Pre-Bid meeting: Photography is not allowed inside the building during the pre-bid or any follow-up walkthroughs, and bidders must be accompanied by a Client Agency representative for the duration of any prebid site visit.
