Description

Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

The design firm must provide full basic services including investigation and initial design through preparation of contract documents, bidding and construction contract administration. The project manager or person charged with handling this project must be an Architect registered in Massachusetts. Installation of a new passenger elevator, an expanded elevator lobby and two stair lifts at the Curtis B. Clark building in the 667-06 elderly development in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Time Period for Completed Project 82 weeks from signing of contract.
