Reference Number 0000425720 The Hillsdale Community Library is requesting proposals for the following projects: Assess building needs and internal architecture, create and provide initial planning proposal to reconfigure and/or renovate two existing junior rooms. Includes but is not limited to: measurements, conceptual/preliminary layouts, bidding and contracting, and construction management. 1. Submit a formal proposal using the attached table below. Include any supporting documents that provide further detail on the proprietary process. o The attached table is not exhaustive, other formats acceptable if necessary. 2. Work with staff to determine initial architectural planning steps and suggestions. 3. Work with staff to develop and communicate building needs, prepare and supply all plans/drawings and timelines, and provide cost estimates or other pertinent updates. 4.
