Sealed bids are invited for placing a single application of asphalt seal coat, covering 33,430 square yards, in accordance with Penndot 408 Section 470 using CRS-2P Oil and No. 8 Stone with 1.0% wash. Proposals must use the provided forms. A certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid amount is required, payable to the municipality. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond or certified check covering 100% of the contract value within 20 days of award. The right to reject any or all proposals is reserved.
