Site work for a water / sewer project in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Sealed bids will be received for the Service Line Replacement Project – Customer Side Phase 5, Contract No. 2026-06. Equipment and services are to be provided according to specifications available at KLH ENGINEERS, INC. and at www.PennBid.net. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The successful bidder must provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Contractors are required to submit an E-Verify Program Verification. Erie Water Works has established a 10% minority participation goal for all prime contractors and their subcontractors, and prime contractors must provide quarterly minority participation summaries. The project is federally funded and requires compliance with federal Executive Orders, EPA regulations, and procurement action documentation for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. Materials must comply with the American Iron and Steel Act, Steel Products Procurement Act, and Build America, Buy America. Davis-Bacon wage rates apply. All applicable federal requirements and PennVest funding requirements must be followed. Erie Water Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or waive any informality in the bidding.
