Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Millcreek Township is requesting sealed proposals for the Township Building Asphalt Resurfacing Project - 2026. The project includes milling and asphalt resurfacing of a portion of the Streets Department parking lots north of the Millcreek Township Municipal Building, and includes all necessary restoration work. The project is subject to coverage under the Davis-Bacon and related acts. All contractors submitting a bid must provide a non-refundable deposit of $25.00 as proof of receipt for contract document delivery. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond with corporate surety payable to Millcreek Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid price. Bids may be held for up to 60 days for review and qualification investigation. Millcreek Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor deviations in the bidding. No oral interpretation will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the Contract Documents or any part thereof. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to Millcreek Township. Any inquiry received seven (7) or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of Bids will be given consideration.
