Millcreek Township is requesting sealed proposals for the Township Building Asphalt Resurfacing Project – 2026. The project includes milling and asphalt resurfacing of a portion of the Streets Department parking lots north of the Millcreek Township Municipal Building, and includes all necessary restoration work. The project is subject to coverage under the Davis-Bacon and related acts. All contractors submitting a bid must provide a non-refundable deposit of $25.00 as proof of receipt for contract document delivery. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond with corporate surety payable to Millcreek Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid price. Bids may be held for up to 60 days for review and qualification investigation. Millcreek Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor deviations in the bidding.
