The City of Jennings is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide demolition services for residential, commercial, and accessory structures identified as unsafe, abandoned, hazardous, or otherwise designated for removal across the City. The services required include structure demolition, debris removal and disposal, utility coordination, site grading and stabilization, erosion control, environmental compliance, and restoration of the property after demolition. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, county, and local regulations, including those of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. Contractors should be able to demonstrate safe and efficient demolition operations, maintain accurate records, ensure proper site security, and complete projects in a timely manner. Experience with municipal demolition projects, work in occupied neighborhoods, emergency demolitions, and coordination with local government agencies is preferred. Proposals must include the required "Bid Form" and supporting documentation, clearly marked as specified, and be submitted by the designated deadline. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any part of the proposal and to waive technicalities as it deems advantageous.
