Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Shenandoah, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a 3,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

Installation of one set of playground equipment, including a play structure, swings, and a spinning accessory, on the approximate site of existing park equipment at Gottsch Park. The equipment should fit an approximate footprint of 40'x75' with a cost not to exceed $200,000. The set should include accessible surfacing, excluding mulch or sand, and must include an access pathway for the entire equipment footprint. Sealed proposals must be submitted marked "Gottsch Park Playground Bid" on the outside of the envelope. Bids may be hand delivered. All prospective bidders may obtain a tour of the property or ask questions about requirements. The City of Shenandoah reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive technical or legal deficiencies, and accept any proposal deemed in the City's best interest. Contractors must provide an Iowa Contractor Registration Certificate, insurance of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate for general liability, and workers comp coverage in compliance with Iowa state law.
