The City is seeking a qualified and experienced Commercial Mechanical Contractor with expertise in commercial heating plant systems to assess the condition of the existing boiler plant and provide a complete solution for its replacement. The Work includes the evaluation, design development, supply, installation, and commissioning of a new boiler system to replace the existing end-of-life equipment, along with targeted upgrades as identified in this RFP. The proposed system shall be designed to meet or exceed the performance and capacity of the existing installation, incorporate appropriate redundancy, and integrate with the current facility systems with minimal modification. All work must comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements, and the resulting system shall be suitable for reliable operation, maintenance, and service within the region.
