The project consists of earthwork, placing riprap, and related work for the Emergency Watershed Protection Project along Cameron Bryant & West King Roads. The Contract Time shall be 25 working days, with prescribed liquidated damages of $250.00 per working day. Instructions to bidders: - Separate sealed bids must be submitted. - The information for Bidders, Bid Forms, Contract Form, Plans, Specifications, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds, and other Contract Documents may be examined at Wolverton Engineering, Inc., 57 Wolverton Drive, Collins, MS 39428. - Copies of Bid Documents are available from Wolverton Engineering, Inc. for a non-refundable fee of $200.00 per set. - The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. - The Owner reserves the right to increase, decrease or eliminate pay item quantities as necessary to keep the project within available funds. - Each bidder must deposit with their bid a security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. - No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty days after bid opening.
