The project includes striping one court to accommodate three pickleball courts. All work must meet industry standards for public recreational court use in a municipal park. Scope of Work The selected contractor will provide the following items to customize the courts for shared tennis and pickleball play, keeping with Erwin Park's existing aesthetics. Surface Preparation: o Thoroughly pressure wash both tennis courts to remove debris and loose material 2. Crack Repair: o Fill approximately 800 linear feet of cracks using quality crack filler suitable for outdoor sports surfaces o Smooth, level, and repair to ensure proper finish 3. Resurface: o Apply an acrylic surface coating system to both courts, consistent in texture, color, and thickness and appropriate for northern NY winters; 4. Pickieball Striping/Conversion o Stripe each court for multiuse tennis / pickieball court play; o All striping must meet USA Pickieball and tennis specification standards. 5. Cleanup & Completion o Remove all debris - site to be left with a finished surface ready for public use. 6. Timeline o Summer-Fall 2026 from start to project completion
