Sealed bids are sought for the construction of the Moscow Sewer Authority Clean & Video Sanitary Sewers Project, including all associated appurtenances complete in place. Proposals must be submitted with a certified check or bid bond in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid as security. All proposals are to be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The bidders shall not discriminate in employment by reason of gender, race, creed, or color against any qualified citizen. The requirements for bidders and contractors are explained in the specifications. The right is reserved to refuse any, any combination, or all bids submitted, and to waive any informality in received bids. Any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty consecutive calendar days after the opening date, or one hundred twenty consecutive calendar days if the award is delayed by required approval or governmental agency action, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants. The project involves the cleaning and video inspection of sanitary sewers for the Moscow Sewer Authority in Moscow Borough, PA. Question Deadline 06/10/2026 All questions must be submitted to the Engineer in writing as early as possible in the Bidding period. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date of Bid opening, will not be considered.
