Grant County, on behalf of the Road Department, seeks proposals from qualified companies that can conduct business in the State of New Mexico to provide all materials, labor, machinery, equipment, tools, and other resources necessary to furnish and install miscellaneous construction projects throughout Grant County. These projects will consist of any or all items listed in the Unit Price Sheet. Contracts awarded under this solicitation will be on an indefinite quantity price agreement basis, in accordance with State Statute 13-1-63. Awardees will furnish an indeterminate quantity of specified services, items of tangible personal property, or construction during the contract period at a definite unit price or at a specified discount from list or catalogue prices. Price escalations may be considered. The Awardee must furnish all materials, labor, machinery, equipment, and tools necessary to complete miscellaneous construction projects throughout Grant County. Proposals imply agreement to these terms. All inquiries or requests regarding this procurement should be submitted in writing to the designated Procurement Manager. Offerors may contact only the Procurement Manager regarding this procurement.
