Question Deadline 06/08/2026 at 5:00 PM ET, All QA submitted Electronically The Contractor shall furnish all labor , materials , equipment , tools , supervision , and incidentals necessary to complete the replacement of existing fascia , soffit , gutter , and downspouts as depicted in the approved construction plans and specifications (Attachment C - Hernando E Library Soffit CAD - Update 2026 -Sealed and Attachment D - Guide Specs - Heranando County East Library Soffit Relace- Sealed ) at the following County facility located in Hernando County , Florida : EAST HERNANDO BRANCH LIBRARY 6457 Windmere Road Brooksville , Florida 34602 Soffit Installation 1. Furnish and install approximately 1,400 linear feet of new soffits , including J-channel and all necessary framing , supports , and fasteners . 2. Install one (1) 24 " x 24 " aluminum access panel within the new soffit at the rear canopy location to allow attic access . i. The access panel shall include a locking , spring -loaded door . ii . The inside face of the panel shall be installed 20 inches from the rear exterior wall of the library . iii . The panel shall be mounted slightly off - center between existing framing members spaced 24 inches on center . 3. Ensure soffits are properly aligned , ventilated (if required ), and finished to a clean , professional standard . E. Canopy Ceiling Installation 1. Install approximately 840 square feet of front canopy ceiling . 2. Install approximately 470 square feet of rear canopy ceiling . 3. Ensure all ceiling systems are level , securely fastened , and consistent with project design requirements . F. Fascia System 1. Fabricate and install approximately 630 linear feet of fascia , including all trim , anchorage , and finishing components . 2. Ensure proper alignment and integration with soffit and roofing systems
