Question Deadline 06/10/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact Jack Van Kempen, Project Manager, by email at jvankempen@bollig-engineering.com or by telephone at 320-403-5637. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The project includes removal of existing alley pavement, installation of new underdrain systems, curb and gutter, and a catch basin, with connections to existing and new drainage facilities. Work also includes outlet construction, storm manhole adjustment, and full restoration of all streets, alleys, and properties disturbed by construction. Bids for the construction will be received at Bollig Engineering. Bidding Documents are available at Bollig Engineering or online, and must be obtained as complete sets. Printed sets require a deposit, with refunds available under specific conditions for returned documents in good condition. Award is subject to final approval.
