Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Twin Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Work includes curb and gutter removal replacement, new curb and valley gutter, asphalt restoration, excavation, sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, stormwater improvements (infiltration beds, StormTech chambers, inlets, sand grease traps, 12" CMP), and landscape gravel restoration on Washington St., S Park Ave, Russet St., and Market Ave. Bids must include 5% bid security. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive nonmaterial irregularities. Question Deadline 06/09/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
