The Project generally consists of installing 643 linear feet of 8-inch CIPP between LS 47 and MH 06I01-020, repairing an offset joint west of MH 07I01-020, repairing an offset joint between MH 06I01-010 and MH 06I01-020, replacing MH 06I01-010 and MH 06I01-020, and abandoning MH 06I01-040 and the line and manholes upstream of it. The project will take place north of Lake St and extend into the section of Lake St which passes Legacy Park. The work includes bypass pumping, traffic control, manhole installation, sewer service replacements and installations, and all other appurtenance required to complete the work. Bids must be submitted in hardcopy and clearly marked. Bid security is required in the amount of 5% of the proposal. An Idaho Public Works License is required to bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals, to waive any formality in the Bidding Contract Documents, and to make selection to the lowest responsive, and responsible Bidder as it may best serve the interest of the Owner. Any objections to the contents or terms of the documents shall be raised seven (7) days prior to bid opening or it shall be deemed to have been waived. Question Deadline 06/08/2026 at 12:00 PM MT .
