The Contractor shall supply all labour, materials, equipment, traffic control, layout, and supervision required to repaint existing pavement markings and install one (1) new accessible parking stall. Pavement Markings .1 Standard Parking Stalls Repaint all existing standard parking stalls using white traffic-grade paint while maintaining existing dimensions and layout. .2 New Accessible Parking Stall (Red Arrow Location) Convert one (1) existing standard parking stall into an accessible parking stall at the location identified by the red arrow. Work includes white stall striping, application of the International Symbol of Accessibility, blue-painted stall background, and compliance with current accessibility codes. .3 Existing Accessible Parking Stalls Refresh all existing accessible stalls including striping, access aisles, and symbols to match the new accessible stall. .4 Directional Arrows and Traffic Flow Repaint all existing directional arrows and turn arrows in white traffic paint. .5 Speed Control Markings Paint the "Slow 20 km/h" pavement marking in white stencil-applied paint. .6 Pedestrian MarkingsRepaint all existing pedestrian Marking using markings, matching current layout. .7 Curbs, No-Parking Areas, and Accessible Let-Downs Repaint all designated curbs yellow. Repaint all no-parking pavement markings in white. Paint all accessible curb let-downs (ramps) blue. Surface Preparation All areas shall be swept clean and free of debris prior to painting. Traffic Control The Contractor shall provide all cones, barricades, and wet-paint protection required. Deliverables Complete all markings, ensure clean site conditions, and perform final walkthrough with Owner. Exclusions Asphalt repair, crack sealing, line grinding, and signage installation are excluded unless otherwise specified.
