This project includes the installation of 2,600 gallons of asphalt-based joint sealing material through cleaning and sealing of construction and random cracks within bituminous roadway surfaces. The successful Bidder must enter into an Agreement within fifteen days after Notice of Award. The Municipality also reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or any part thereof and to waive any informality therein.
