Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.

Chambersburg Borough is requesting bids for the Limekiln Drive Bridge Replacement project. The work involves the replacement of the existing bridge with a precast concrete box culvert and associated utilities. Bids must be submitted online via PennBID by the specified deadline. Prospective bidders are encouraged to register with the designated website to receive updates and addenda. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10% must accompany the bid. All questions regarding the bid documents should be submitted via PennBid, and telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Compliance with state antibid-rigging regulations, submission of a non-collusion affidavit, and adherence to environmental statutes is required.
