Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

For the installation of approximately 162,986 square yards of Bituminous Seal Coat . Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the municipality . A certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten ( 10 ) percent of the bid made payable to the municipality must accompany the bids . Bids shall also include a noncollusion affidavit on forms supplied by the Township . A performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100 % of the contract amount shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded . Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is not subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15 , 1961 (Act No. 442 , P.L. 987 ) , as amended .
