Reference Number 0000425922 Relocate existing electric service line for the Red Dolly Casino from overhead to underground. The Scope of Work to be provided by the Contractor shall include assistance to the City during the process of pre - construction , construction , and the one-year warranty period . Specific tasks to be performed by the Contractor include those generally performed by electrical contractors . The City is initiating a project with Xcel Energy to remove three remaining utility poles near the Red Dolly Casino at 530 Gregory Street and relocate all overhead power lines underground . Xcel is under contract to bury their overhead facilities and install pad-mounted transformers to replace overhead cans, with work expected to begin in June 2026. In addition to Xcel's work , the City intends to enter into a contract with an electrical contractor to relocate the electrical service line to the Red Dolly Casino from overhead to underground .
