The Bulloch County Commissioners is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from GDOT Prequalified Consultants to provide Professional Services for Construction Engineering & Inspection. Interested Consultants must employ a minimum of 50% of the personnel providing professional services during the term of this agreement and must appear on the GDOT Prequalification List for Construction Engineering & Inspection services by the submission deadline. Consultants are required to file all documents necessary to support their submittal and submit evidence of current prequalification as of the deadline. Failure to include a signed copy of any addenda issued for this project will result in the SOQ not being considered. Bulloch County reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and to waive any technicalities or informalities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
