Reference Number 0000425881 Colorado Springs Utilities (UTILITIES) is requesting voluntary letters of intent (LOI) from companies interested in providing Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) construction services for the CHS Montgomery Dam Raise Project (referred to herein as the Project), located in Park County, Colorado. The Project includes the enlargement of Montgomery Reservoir from its current capacity of approximately 5,700 acre-feet to a total storage volume of approximately 13,800 acre-feet. The general scope of work includes an Asphalt Core Rockfill Dam Raise, Dam Foundation, a new Concrete Spillway, a new Valve House, Outlet Structure and Outlet Piping (sliplining) improvements, Perimeter Road improvements, Water Piping and Cofferdam for diversion and reservoir operations, and onsite quarry development.
