The City of Los Angeles has entered into an exclusive negotiating agreement with SoLa Impact for the redevelopment of a city-owned industrial site at 10901 S. Clovis Street in South Los Angeles. The proposed project, known as “The Honeycomb,” would deliver a 175,000-square-foot modular housing manufacturing facility operated by SoLa Impact’s Model/Z subsidiary, along with corporate offices, a vocational school, a technology centre, and publicly accessible green space.
