The State of Wyoming is seeking a qualified engineering firm to conduct a comprehensive Level I Planning and Level II Feasibility Study to evaluate and design a remedy for the failing sanitary sewer infrastructure on the Wyoming Life Resource Center (WLRC) campus. Proposals must be submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms. Proposers are responsible for reviewing the Public Purchase site for answers, addenda, or bid tabulations. All questions must be submitted through the Public Purchase website by 3:00 p.m. MT on June 16, 2026. Responses must be fully uploaded through the Public Purchase system by 1:00 p.m. on the due date; incomplete uploads will result in disqualification. Proposers must register on the Public Purchase website if not already registered. Attendance at a mandatory pre-proposal conference is required; only proposals from companies whose representative signed in at the conference will be accepted. Question Deadline 06/16/2026 at 3:00 PM MT Deadline for questions via online. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
