Site work and renovation of a medical facility in Sidney, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

The Town of Sidney is accepting sealed bids for roof replacements at the Town of Sidney Hospital located at 43 Pearl Street West. Sidney NY 13838 Lower Roof - Remove all roofing down to concrete deck . - Adhere one layer of (3") ISO to deck with ( 1/8" Per Ft.) drain sumps around each drain - Fully adhere (.060 ) EPDM including flashings and terminations - Provide and install standard color edge metal - Terminate EPDM around windows similar to existing Lowest Entrance Roof Tear off all roofing down to metal deck - Mechanically fasten ( 1/8 " Per Ft .) Tapered ISO (minimum 3" thick ) - Fully adhere (.060 ) EPDM including flashings and terminations .Flash new scupper and install new downspouts Higher NW Roof Tear off roofing down to concrete deck - Add wood blocking to perimeter to at least match height of new insulation system - Adhere ( 1/8" Per Ft .) Tapered ISO System (Average R-30) - Fully adhere (.060) EPDM including flashings and terminations - Install new drain inserts - Seal new EPDM to adjacent existing EPDM roof at south end (Separation Joint )
