Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 79,000-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility.

This project will bring the basement and first floor levels into code compliance. The work will include installation of fire protection systems, implementation of life safety measures, and ADA accessibility upgrades. Nine (9) existing toilet rooms across four floors will be renovated to comply with the New York State Building Code and ADA requirements. Completion of the project will enable the University to utilize currently vacant areas as swing space for future initiatives.
