Renovation of a recreation facility in Marysville, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,877-square-foot recreation facility.
The project requires the renovation of the existing restrooms at the Tulalip Amphitheatre, including plumbing and electrical work according to the construction specifications. The scope includes providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the renovation. Bidders should have experience in commercial building renovation, and are encouraged to visit the project site to become familiar with local conditions and the requirements of the bid and contract documents. TheConsolidated Borough of Quil Ceda Village reservesthe right to reject any and all bid submittals and cancel or rebid the Project as necessary The Tulalip Amphitheatre Restrooms Renovation project intentions are to remodel the existing restroom facilities, (2 buildings approx.. 1877 total SF) located at 10400 34 th Ave NE, Tulalip, WA 98271. Existing finishes and fixtures will be removed and new finishes and fixtures installed to include plumbing and electrical modifications. Descriptions of new materials can be found in the attached Exhibit "A": Construction Drawings. All work for the Project must be performed between September 11, 2026 and November 11, 2026.General Conditions of theWork includes, but notlimited to: 1. Contractorshall protect existing property from damage during the performance of the Work. Any adjacent property, including structures, roads, walkways, light poles, signage, or other property orimprovementsthat are damaged during the contract Work, shall be properly repaired or replaced at Contractor's expense. 2. Contractor assumes all responsibility for protection and safekeeping of equipment and materials stored on site. 3. Contractorshall be responsible for daily site cleanup, and the removal and disposal of all debris and rubbish generated by the contract Work. 4. Contractorshall take precautions and shall be responsible for the safety of individuals on the Project and shall comply with all applicable provisions of tribal and federal safety laws and codes to prevent injury to persons on or adjacent to the project. 5. Contractor shall provide continuous supervision at the Project by a competent superintendent when any work is being performed. TheContractor'ssuperintendentshall have responsibility and authority to act on behalf of the Contractor. 6. Contractor will allow QCV project manager access to the site at any time, provided that QCV personnel follow the safety procedures established by the Contractor. 7. No changes in the scope of work will be allowed without the issuance of a written change order, and all requests for information (RFI's) will be submitted to QCV in writing. 8. Contractor will be responsible for any inspections associated with theProject.
