The City of Surrey (the “Owner”) invites Tenders for the construction of two new modulars with a combined area of 356 sq.m that would function as a fully licensed Indigenous Childcare Centre located at 14290 & 14300 & 14302 – 108 Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia. The Work includes the provision of all equipment, labour, disposals, materials and incidentals required to complete all of the Work as described herein these tender documents for the construction of two modular buildings, landscape work, parking lot, outdoor playground and an art panel fence. The Work includes but is not limited to: On-site work Installation of new concrete foundations Manufacture and supply of two modular buildings including covered shared areas Landscape work Construction of outdoor parking including garbage enclosure Construction of three outdoor play areas Installation of 15 art panels along the front (north) fence. 15 laser cut steel panels will be supplied by the City and installed by the General Contractor.
