The work consists of constructing a wastewater treatment facility with all associated systems and components, along with site works such as lagoons, roads, outfall, and all related work. Construction of a new wastewater treatment plant including lagoons, aeration systems, blower building, mechanical and electrical systems, access roads, outfall works, piping, earthworks, geomembrane liners, rip rap, utilities, and associated infrastructure Electronic tenders for the construction, in PDF format and clearly marked as to contents, are required. Interested bidders must contact the provided representative to obtain a digital copy of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list. Bids must be submitted electronically via email prior to the stated date and time, with the original signed and sealed paper copy mailed to the specified address. Each tender must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of at least 10% of the total bid (including HST), made payable to the Department of Environment and Local Government. Tenders will not be opened in person; videoconferencing details will be provided with the digital Tender Documents. No award will be made at the tender opening, and procedures will follow the New Brunswick Procurement Act and Construction Services Regulation. The lowest or any tender is not necessarily accepted.
