Site work and renovation of a medical facility in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Scope of work is to provide all necessary labor, material and equipment for the replacement of Community Hospital's existing brick chiller building facade with a new fiber cement panel rainscreen system. Project will also include repair of an existing trench drain that serves the areaway adjacent to the chiller building as well as repair of existing spalling concrete entrance apron to the chiller building. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 180 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined free of charge at the campus and at the following locations.
